Ex Hanley Wurlitzer
Edd and Ann Young, two of our Team members, recently purchased the 2/9 Wurlitzer from the Regent/Gaumont Cinema in Hanley. It has been in storage since removal from the theatre in 1973 and as such, the pipework hasn't been heard since!
Edd has a Compton organ and at the present time, the Wurlitzer ranks are in the Compton chests along with a Wurlitzer pattern English Horn made by Booths of Leeds.
